Anybody out there have words that they just can't stand to use or hear used? I have three and I absolutely cannot ever use them. I don't know why they just bother me. So hear they are Yummy, Beefy, and finally Panties! Never used in that order gross. Just typing them is hard but I did it. If you have any please share.

Is it "regardless," or "irregardless?"

Had a friend who practically BEAT "irregardless" out of my vocabulary...
according to him it's "regardless"...
he said "irregardless" is like wearing a BELT + SUSPENDERS.

irrespective of your query....can't say I know. Is this a bitty Rottwilder? My neighbor bought one at "just puppies".

For some reason it seems like older people (older than us!) say:

Chigargo

I like the way you spelled Kinneygarten (but maybe it's because I'm a fan of the name "Kinney...")

i have to share this one with you all, i worked with a girl before that asked someone that was coming in if the patient "was combined to his wheel chair?" now that made me cringe.

also instead of saying specific it was said pacific. still hear her saying walmark and kmark can not stand it!

My Sister says: Breffust (as in are we having bacon & eggs for...?)
OMG! My neighbor says this. I tod Mr. Pod about it, now he says it all the time to make me laugh.
I just found this thread tonight and had to think, and then I had my Eureka moment--my word is "out" tacked on unnecessarily. I have noticed an epidemic of this in the last year or so, almost exclusively tied to home projects. "Trim it out," "frame it out," "switch it out," etc. I can't stand it.
