We've watched four movies this week...Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Batman Begins, Fantastic Four and Sky High (kid movie). Can't really brag about any of 'em. I dying to see something really good. Any suggestions?

Went to the video store again...came back with Must Love Dogs and Kingdom of Heaven. I forgot to check in here before I left.Cinderella Man is next on my list. Has anyone seen Crash?
I've been trying to finish "Must Love Dogs" for 2 days now - it's not as good as I expected. It's back to Blockbuster tomorrow whether we finish it or not.
A few weeks ago we rented the first 8 episodes of "House." Very entertaining - better than any movie I've rented lately with the exception of "The 40 Year Old Virgin." Saw that one in the theatre as well and still laughed hysterically when we watched it here at home.

Well, Mr. Pod and I have been working our way through the "Jackass" boxed set, and it makes me laugh so hard.
When you have watched them all, we'll trade you our "Family Guy" episodes.

Crash is definitely a must-see. Don Cheadle is an alma mater of my high school in Denver.
And Kingdom of Heaven got so-so reviews but I liked it well enough, if nothing else, I certainly can gaze at Orlando Bloom for two hours.

I LOVE House, it is such a provocative series. It just pulls me in.

funny movie related story - i have acquired a small collection of vintage 70's porn - don't know why, seemed like a good idea at the time. anyway, one of the ladies at work who is my parents' age came up to me to ask me if i had "behind the green door" because she and her husband would like to borrow it. i was shocked, stunned, mortified, horrified, and several other adjectives ! my god - what if my parents watch this stuff - that is sick beyond all means - parent sex - :puke:

I had promised the kids bowling today. Let me just start by saying I don't really like bowling. And I really hate stinky bowling alleys. So I am taking them to Lucky Strike. Never too young to learn how to bowl while wearing fishnets!!! Of course, that does not apply to Will! If I had not promised them this trip this week, I would be waiting for Peapod to pick me up in the school bus. :bang:
