It's that new truck. For some reason I fly in that thing. My old truck would shake you out of your seat at 90.

A couple of times on the way back from Disney I was just following the car in front of me when all of the sudden the Burb acted like it ran out of gas. The have a governer on them at about 97 or 98 :oops: 😀

The older Chevy trucks had the cut offs too. I have not ever taken anthing other than my bike and and older car to speeds above that, so I don't know if that is common in all newer SUVs too.

My brother had that same problem on the open roads of Montana. Did you know that not too long ago, maybe about 20 yrs ago, the entire state of Montana had only six State Troopers?

They also didn't have a speed limit for a few recent years. Before that the speeding fine was $5. My kind of state 😀

I didn't know it was actually possible to get a speeding ticket in Alabama. The times we went north to south in the state, we didn't get a single beep from the radar detector the entire length of the state.

I wish I had a picture. He had the worst cat physique- all fat and lumpy, cow-hocked, with a big moon pie face. It is a good thing he was neutered, 'cause the cat chicks wouldn't have given him a second look. But we loved the heck out of him. :wub: My other 2 cats are both black tabbies too, but better looking. :roll:
