Well I am back at A&F

Because I am so picky about where I want to work, I have temporarily rejoined my old cast of friends at Abercrombie & Fitch as an assistant manager. They know that I am going to be leaving in the summer to move off wherever I will be going to law school, so it works out quite nicely. Because you almost have to have a B.A./B.S. or be in college to work there, most everyone there is in the same situation that I am in--med, law, grad school deferments. Now if I can only get them to let me transfer to the Destin Commons store?

:funn: :funn: Ha ha ha! Wish I had been here. Love Chinatown shopping!! Bought the coolest scarf/wrap/shawl things (I don't know WHAT they are) last spring- always get compliments. $10. The only thing I don't like is being touched and pulled on by the pushy vendors.

But where was Miss Kitty? Corporate?? Send out a search party- haven't seen her this am either.:idontno:

Actually they weren't pashima or pashmina---just a few funky wispy fabric things....I was with 32 middles schoolers at the time and the girls were driving me nuts. I had a set of twin girls in my group- they bought the big sunglasses, the big purses, and wore their baggy clothing, so I called them Mary Kate and Ashley!

hee hee...my 9 yo niece, who worships sara82, loved wearing sara82's oversized sunglasses on our trip... In fact, sara82 was going to buy her some and send them to her....best check on that!!!

Do you guys like the big sunglasses? Sometimes it takes me a little while to get used to things. My daughter and I tried a bunch on and I thought I looked ridiculous in them.

Uh, you are really going to need some sort of machine to keep you online after you leave your desk. You will need something to do while sitting in your truck, waiting on subs to show up for work, or get back from lunch. A little hand held something will make you look like a Big Deal. Nobody needs to know you are just chatting with us, right?
