She and a friend will be there for a week. They plan on seeing Wicked, going to art museums and hopefully getting tickets to some TV shows.

The Cap'n and I will let you know the next time we come up. Can't wait to go to Asia de Cuba again. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

no - i really made it from the ground up, kinda overcooked it too ! got busy watching the friday the 13th marathon.

Three of us Kitties are ill. I have had a headache with bloating, burning and belching for a week. I had a sonogram today to rule out gallstones...negative, except for FAT! MS has been nauseous since Wednesday. Mr. K came home around 3:00 pm and we all thought he had lost his job....101 degree temp. MS's Dr. now thinks we have Giaridia, a parasite from our excursion to the islands. We are awaiting meds...MS wants to die!!! He just stated he is ready to go to the pharmacy, steal some masks and rob them to get the drug. Poor kid...it's his last week here before going back to school.Lousy announcement, but I feel lousy!

This is not what you are hinting at SJ but the Cap'n and I are just waiting for the call to inform us that our second grandson is born. It will be any day now. Can't wait!!!

Well if you have Giardia, you have a mild case, reading through your symptoms, unless you are holding back the stuff that we don't want to read. Giardia is a nasty little bugger that you do not want to have in you. I hope you get better soon.

Giardia- another thing that dogs get! What is it with us dog people? I think I will go eat some Interceptor, put some Frontline on, and go to the vet and get some shots tomorrow!

I have been using Revolution and have kept the Giardia away. However, I have been getting dog ticks lately. :funn::floor::floor:

If I use the Frontline, then I will need to begin HearGuard, and I could drop the Revolution all together. I think I will stick with the Dog Ticks and the Revolution, but thanks for the suggestion. :funn:
