Thanks for all the good wishes for the Kitty family. We now have drugs...Flagyl. Molly is safe...she was not on the cruise. MS has asked to die. Not good...he has been so sick. Mr. K has walked around with a thermometer in his mouth and announces each reading....does anyone have a gun? I am not telling sara82 we have this.

OK, I am afriad to ask and don't want to Gooogle it, but how do you get Giardia from a dog? I just tho't it was a parasite from the water while in a foreign country.
Giardia can be found in water right here in the good ole US of A. I don't think you get the parasite from dogs, but you could get it from drinking water downstream from a dog if certain conditions are met. I will spare you the details.

Good for you! Jan here stinks. Although it was 63 and sunny yesterday but back to cold, wind and rain/snow today. I doubt that it's a Steeler bar but met some Steeler fans on the beach there in October who had watched the game at Johnny O'Quigley's. I'm sure you and the Cap'n can make it into a Steeler bar!

It was 50 degrees when we left Pittsburgh at 6AM this morning. At the same time it was in the thirties with snow flurries in Atlanta. I know it is supposed to drop down to 25 degrees in the Burgh tonight so bundle up.
