Let's see:

*He screwed over his wife, breaking his vows....
*He screwed over his kids by going to Argentina to enhance his "Spanish" instead of being with them on Father's Day
*He screwed over the citizens of South Carolina by going AWOL leaving them without a legal guardian
*He screwed his staff by lying to them about where he was going, thus destroying their trust in him
*And as time will probably tell, he has probably screwed the state and federal governments financially who probably paid for most of his trips to learn "Spanish" while on government missions.

While I am not able to explain, I do think I know the answer to all of this: Elect more women. No woman I know has the time for such trysts, nor do I know any who say the desire one. They?re too busy trying to keep all the plates spinning at home, at work, and at the gym to make sure none fall and break.

Reminds me of someone I know whose husband is a big golfer. She started taking golf lessons to surprise him so that they could have more time together and another common interest. Well, you know how golfers are. They don't want to play with the hackers. So he said, "Why don't you go to the club and find some women to play golf with?" As if women have time to hang out at the grill room at the club in hopes that a threesome needs a fourth. :roll: But how many women do you know who play golf and still have kids at home. Like Seth and Amy on SNL would say, "REALLY!"

Her husband is a tool - she takes lessons in something he has an interest in to surprise him and then he won't play with her?

Maybe she'll meet a nicer guy hanging around the clubhouse who will play w/ her - all the golfers I know very nicely put up w/ my "hacker" style golf skills and they're not married to me.

There's a certain odd couple appeal to that ticket- he's the suave, um, metrosexual from the land of palm trees and she's the fearsome moose huntress from the tundra.

Many wacky hijinks would ensue when Todd finally took Charlie on a weekend snowmobile jaunt after Crist discovered that your face will still tan nicely in winter weather conditions if the sun can reflect off od packed snow.

when I heard this early report, somehow I knew it was a total crock, and I know nothing about the man. very lame cover up. at the time the media said that his wife knew nothing of his whereabouts, his staff knew nothing, Lt Gov knew nothing. what a loser.

I don't care about a governor's personal decisions as long as it doesn't effect his ability to do his job. he failed completely in all aspects of his governorship by acting so stupidly and totally inconsiderate of all, especially the people of his state. is he that arrogant that he doesn't even need to tell his family or staff that he will be taking some personal time and will be out of reach for a few days? I do not care about an affair. I do care about his responsibility to at least leave someone in charge, with information about his return, etc.
