what are you listening to?

Anything but Mr Trump

This is a 15 year old from Canada playing a cover of Since I've been Loving You from Led Zeppelin's third album.

Mr John Magee, candidate for Mosquito Control, and a pretty nice guy. Talking politics.

I always knew Jeff Beck was around and was playing great music, but, for some unknown reason, I am just really tuning in right now, and may have to alter my choice for who is really guitar god of all time.

Listen to Andy Timmons describe how he was brought to tears the first time he went to see Jeff Beck play and then listen to his composition "Cry For You."

Here comes Trumple

I just heard of this guy recently. Anyone else familiar with Nick Drake. He died around 1970. He's got some beautiful stuff.

French Dip!!

CNN Harvey reports.

Opening day special at Emeril's Coastal Italian: Fried
Lion Fish plate.

I revisited a long lost album from 1974. Loggins and Messina's "Motherlode". It is an incredibly beautiful album graced with amazing musicians coming together in true harmony. It's a gem.

Anybody want to guess what band this is?

ZZ Top?

Rush?

You were right the first time. The boots probably gave it away. Here is the rest of the photo, just before they played a prom in little ol' Texas.

In honor of the Intersection of 30-A and 395:

Ben Caplan.

I decided that I needed to make myself feel really insignificant as a musician so I've been streaming videos from Toto. Holy cow, Batman! They were so good in every aspect!
