Pet Peeves--New and Improved for 2010

I looked back and it's been like two whole years since we've mentioned our pet peeves. I was too lazy to read the other threads, so I don't know if I've mentioned this, but it's one that just drives me nutz.

Spray bottles (cleaners, etc) that stop spraying when there's still about two freakin' inches of cleaner in the bottle. That little pump tube thing is too short to reach the bottom. I know they do this on purpose, so you'll buy more, but oh man, it makes me cuss so much every time. :pissed:

It makes me crazy when people hang articles of clothing on furniture. Isn't this why we have hangers, hooks and closets? UGH!

I know! what do they think the floor is for? :rolling:

People who brake and slow way down BEFORE they get into the left hand turn lane. Hey genius, guess why it's there? Bonus peeve points if they do it without a turn signal.

Spouse sick on couch with movie channels. All movies must have airplanes/war/action or be repeats of things he has already seen several hundred times (think Gran Torino). And he must be going deaf because the large TV in the living room is just blaring.

This is normally not a problem, except when I am sick at home too and cannot get away from it. :pissed:

I'll admit I ease off the gas BEFORE going into the turn lane - don't see why I need to stand on my brakes in the overly short turn lanes that are the norm on 98.

Besides, you're only in the left lane to pass or turn too, right? ;-)

Ehh...so what if we make a list of our petty little peeves and grievances. We all have them. Can't deny that. What you say about SoWal is true, but what better place to be able to vent? It's the lounge FTLOG.
