Almost forgot, I can get them to upload to other sites like Shutterfly and Kodak :idontno:

As you can see from my gallery I have uploaded more than a few photos in my day BUT since I got this new Pentax camera I can't get any of the pics taken and saved in my hard drive to upload. Any suggestions, anybody, Beuler, Beuler :idontno:

You need to reduce the size of your photos. With that new umteen pixel camera, your default setting is higher than the size allowed to be uploaded to SoWal.com. Simple test -- decrease size to 600 x 450 pixels and try posting. ;-)

Thanks, But I can upload pics from my Pentax to 4 other sites sucessfully just not SoWal. The pics from my Cannon all upload to SoWal with no probs. Must be the camera software :idontno: This is driving me batty :bang: :bang:

There's a maximum size file that can be attached on this board. If you double-click on the file name, a default photo editing software, such as Microsoft Office Picture Manager, should open. There is the option to resize the photo to a smaller size. Try 800x600.

Your camera might also save the files as a tif. That's not valid on this board. So you can do a File/Save As and save it as a jpg. Again, it can't be too big for this board. I can't remember the max, but 800x600 should work.

As usual in my life the size isn't too big :oops: . I'm in the 650 x 400 or something like that. I'll try the saving thing but I'm pretty sure they are jpg's :bang:

Just checked again and they are jpg's and the size is 640 x 480 :idontno:
