OK, DD and Lynnie, time to spill the beans about yourselves. I have been baring my soul and it is time for a little give back so start spilling.

Lynnie, I only eat boneless chicken. I will not eat chicken on the bone. I also don't care much for macaroni. I really like something I can sink my teeth into. I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy. This really sounds like I am HOing myself out to the best menu. I kind of like that idea.

Sorry, LuLu. I haven't done bones in years. You add in those gross veins and tendons (chicken legs) snapping back at ya and it makes me wanna hurl. I can choke down a boneless skinless breast, but no legs/wings/thighs for me!

Y'all make a great case agin fried chickens. Can substitute pork chops on the grill with rosemary sprigs.

KISH7374..........I'll donate my milestone 500th post to you. After all it's only taken me five years to reach that point. As for the chicken...........The closer to the bone....the sweeter the meat. Without that bone ,what would I order when I go to Shades at the Loop............ I know boneless wings(yuk).

I too am afraid of heights, which is why it's not been painted already. I figure it's about 20 feet high. :shock: So far, all I can supply is the Labbatt's and paint. I can borrow a ladder. For the menu...hmmm...let's see.
How about:

Chicken Fried Steak with real cream gravy

Fresh Green Beans/or Pinto Beans
Fried Squash
Fresh sliced tomatoes
Fresh Green Onions

I had a bad experience with a drumstick when I was little so for the last 40 or so years I won't eat chicken on the bone. When I first started dating my wife,she invited me over to dinner. She made chicken legs. To be polite I chocked down 1 drumstick and then told her I was not hungry. Her brother came home during dinner and asked me if I wanted any hotdogs because he was going to cook some. I ate 3. I finally told Patty I won't eat chicken on the bone. We still get a big laugh from that one.

I really like boneless chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing and parm cheese. I has to soak for at least 4 hours then I cook it in a foil pan on the grill. Once it starts cooking, I place it on the grill to get lines on it then I put it back in the boiling marinade until it is done. With some red skinned potatoes and some brocolli.

LuLu, I've got a bamboo jungle that's gone wild with all the rain. We can tackle that while KISH and Teresa (that just ain't right--I'm calling her Toots from now on) do the painting.

I digg bamboo, but it's like rabbits and quite invasive. Let's harvest and sell the wood - considered strongest to build with in many countries.
