Election Results 2010 - The New York Times

The NYT has what appears to be a useful resource, mapped out real-time results for each congressional and governors race. It should start filling in around seven or eight tonight.

Far right on the NY Times link you posted, choose Florida and then scroll down. Keep in mind that Amendments require 60% or there dead.

Campaign finance is still alive.
Active duty military will be getting a tax cut.
Developers still control the state.
Districts will be redrawn by a system rather than whatever the current office holder feels is most beneficial.
Class size relaxation died, the legislature will just have to figure out how to meet the limits they were given 8 years ago.
The non-binding referendum that cost millions to get on the ballot to determine if a balanced budget amendment to the US constitution, apparently to save money, passed.

Have you heard about Tyndall Estates? It's 19 miles of sugary white virgin beach with it's own airport!

Can't thx you but thanks!

Y'all, voting trends told us this would happen. We are privileged to live here where we have the most brilliant judicial system in the world.

If only the Republicans understood compromise, they'll stonewall anything that isn't a full repeal instead of working together to fix it.

I believe we are all going to be surprised. I think there might be stonewalling at first, but that won't persist. They want the kudos. They'll compromise.

This is where the true division of Tea Baggers and Republicans will show.

I foresee a much bigger separation between the R's and T's come 2012.

Congratulations on a classy campaign by David Pleat, who worked his tail off to represent the Gulf Coast residents as well as those north of the bay. Hello near shore drilling!

I have lived here 4 years, and have once again been shocked by politics- the Panhandle defies logic.

5 & 6 look like they'll pass at this point? Talk about a major upheaval in state run politics if they do.

They don't care. They all think the oil companies are going to hire them and pay them lots of money.

You might not want to be here. It looks like we might be keeping a Rep as Gov.......too early to tell, but just wanted to give you a heads up. ;-)

Republicans swept Georgia, which is unprecedented. I prefer more balance (if nothing else, but to keep things saucy ), but this is definitely a vote against Obama, unfortunately.

I sure hope you're right! The health care "fixes" could have already been in the works if parties would have worked together. If you are right and this is what it takes then that's good. I really hope so.

93% reporting and one of the two run up candidates for Florida Senator could have beat Rubio. That's assuming they could have captured the other candidates full vote. Mr. Crazy goes to Washington.

In your own words....common sense IS an endangered species....

Enjoy that fishing while your beach front property values plummet with that "beautiful sight".

Shallow water drilling is so much safer than deep water drilling(liberal mandate btw).

If it can leak or spill it's not safe.
