Going to be a grandma!

Found out a few months ago I am going to be a grandma. This time things are going well for mom to be. She found out the sex of the baby yesterday and it is a boy. Needless to say my son and his wife are happy but a little surprised as they, I should say she more than him thought for sure it was a girl, were hoping for a girl so they had to change in a hurry the registries they had that was mostly girly things. But the baby is healthy and is due around May 16th, cannot wait to see him. Just wanted to let my Sowal friends know.

No doubt Miss Kitty as my son and his wife both are UT fans as well as I. I have my eyes on a cute little infant outfit that is UT that I saw in Cracker Barrel, should have bought it. Probably will still do so.

Thanks everyone, along with one of what I call the cutest ultrasound pictures of what can be seen of him, he looks like he is laying on his side with his little head tilted up like it is on a pillow in one, I love it. 😀

There were two others I have, that is his profile photo, another shows a different front view of his face from the front and the other shows he is a boy, ha ha. Daughter in law has a DVD of his movement showing him playing what looks like peekaboo and one where she says he looks like he is flipping her off. I sure would love to see the DVD. BTW, I just had to buy these things for him.

I hope he does too, ha ha. I figure there is no way he could not with parents that like UT, especially his father and grandma.

I dunno. Our child not only is not a Gator fan, but isn't a Georgia Tech fan, or any other kind of sports fan. We're such FANatics that we apparently turned her off of being a sports fan.

Except she is, however, an MIT water polo fan.

He will be too young for a good while to be any kind of sports fan really, and will outgrow these clothes in no time, especially since they are saying he will probably weigh between 8 and 9 lbs when born.

I don't know...I used to sit Jackie on the floor on Sundays and watch Football and racing all day. She's 4 now and will pick a team to pull for every week. Sometimes she'll pick the 'other' team just to keep it interesting. :lol: She likes a good crash on the track too. :wave:

What I am so happy about having kept is my son's Clip Clop Wonder Horse that whinnies and neighs and makes clip clop noises when he rocked on it, it is 26 years old and it is in my attic. It will be brought back out when the baby is old enough to get on it. 😀
