I thought I would finally let everyone know we are moving back! After an incredible time in California and the passing of my grandmother in Chicago we realized how much we miss our family and friends in Sowal. Plus, not sure I could ever work in California as I have surfed almost every day since arriving! Not to mention still no license! Argh! I have been waiting now 5 months and it could be another 90 days! But... We have had a blast and I highly recommend to anyone that is burnt out to go for it. The break has brought my family closer and we are all together just a more relaxed family. My hopes would be to come back, work hard, and travel again. Sowal will always be our base camp. I love all of you and thanks for the nice comments and the understanding during our crazy transition. Oh yeah! We got a pretty cool offer when in Florida 2 weeks ago during the singer-song writer festival that has made the decision that much easier. :clap: More to be revealed soon!

That's great news. Even though I am not a owner or local, just a visitor, once that sand gets between your toes it is hard to get rid of it. Good Luck!!

Wow, I just thought of ya'll when i saw that monster wave on the news this morning. Well, this is wonderful news! You haven't been gone that long, did you still have stuff in boxes like i would have? Easy to move when you never unpack! :lol:
