Yes, about 2 years now. Rick Olsen is involved with that as well. The person who originally purchased it was going to build 22 condo units, but then he sold it to the Olsen group. The only thing that they have done with the property is open it for Katrina victims to stay in free for about 30 days.

Now, the Henderson Park Inn and the property next to it, Coral Reef are horrible eye sores with huge chain link construction fences, keep out signs all around them.

I wish they would do SOMETHING with them.
