Son, you've got a panty on your head

They're all good, but if you like Raising Arizona, be sure to see 5, 7, 8, 10, 11.

The Dude abides.
I loved both movies, Raising Arizona IS one of my all time favorites. I love the part where he steals the diapers, loses them in the road and picks them up again as they come flying down the road still with the panty on his head! :laughing1

I don't think ND was pointed towards any one demographic. Lots of twentysomethings favor it, but I went to ND because my sister-in-law recommended it--she and I last saw our teens and twenties many many years ago. There were all different ages in the audience. Most all new releases are aimed at the young demographic. That's you're average moviegoer. I was just trying to put a quick label on it.
ND was fine for a chuckley first indie film but to me it did not reach the laugh out loud heights of Caddyshack let alone a Monty Python or Coen movie.
And it will be interesting to see how it ages with time.
Comedies with staying power:
Bringing Up Baby Monty Python's Life of Brian
Some Like It Hot Blues Brothers
The Producers A Christmas Story
Blazing Saddles Big
Animal House The Princess Bride
Revenge of the Nerds Airplane
Babe Office Space
edited to add:
I laugh hysterically at Curb Your Enthusiasm, Team America and South Park, but their humor is not exactly PC, let alone PG-13.

"Low Rider" ... the first song I heard on the radio when I picked up my first Mercedes - I flipped out!

Vote for Pedro."vote for me.....and all of your wildest dreams will come true"
While it is not Napolean Dynamite, City of God is perhaps one of the best made movies I have ever seen. FYI- it does have sub-titles, so it requires active participation.
Vote for Pedro. When I was running the Peachtree this AM, someone actually had on a "Vote for Pedro" t-shirt. It made me smile. But being back here at the beach tonight makes me smile more.
Napoleon Dynamite is on MAX right now! :clap_1:
I'm not sitting through that again :nono1:

LOL!! I thought it was a very realistic portrayal of that time period, but I have my own lame memories to bring forth if I want to entertain myself.

Give me "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" and I'm a happy guy. Mr. Hand, Spicoli, and all that. LOL
