The clip I saw though, he had the baby on his feet on the ground like he was trying to make him dance around. He may have had chicken in one hand but all it would have taken was one snap of that croc's teeth and that baby would have been gone! He caught a lot of flack for doing that anyway. Those croc's can come up out of that water very quickly!

Yeah...he was definitely holding both the baby and the chicken. They had that clip on the today show this morning.

Crikey! I hated to hear this news. He was a compassionate conservationist with incredible charm and teaching skills. He will be missed. :( God Bless Crocodile Hunter!

Is anyone watching Animal Planet.
They are showing when Bindi was born. It's heart wrenching.

That's horrible, I certainly don't want to see that video. I hope his family isn't subjected to that.

AOL doesn't show what happened. It's more of a tribute than anything else. They did show the video of him with his little baby in the croc pit tho. I also read another article that said he was always more uncomfortable in the ocean, he felt more confident and secure on land. He and his friend had joked that if something happened to him it would probably be in the ocean. I'm still can't believe he's gone.:(

In the other article I read it said the tape had to be turned in until after the investigation so I assumed it was unavailable. Thus, I thought it was safe to click on.

That's good. I hope it never becomes public. This is sad enough without having the visual image in my head.

:( God bless his family. He will be missed by many. He had such a zest for life. I loved his sensitive side, and his wild side. Just an all around good guy.
