I found a way to cool off in this heat. Just go up in your attic for about twenty minutes. When you come down, it feels like November weather.
My wife asked me to get some boxes down from the attic yesterday and I nearly passed out. 😱

No AC SUCKS! It is always nice to pull up at a light and look over at the car next to you and the driver's hair is blowing in their nice, ice cold AC. And you are sitting there, with sweat dripping off your nose.

Sweltering all over I guess. St Louie sounds hot. Brutal dog days. We all would rather be in Seagrove I'm sure. For those that live there, take a dip in the pool, gulf or Red Bar for us!!!!

You got that right! Every day last week was over 100 (but it's a dry heat...).
Looks like we are starting into our monsoon season now (rain late in the day, somewhere, every day).

Sueshore-
I'm about 40 miles east of you. The sound of rain was a welcomed interuption to my sleep. I hope it hangs around for awhile.

Where are you in Denver? I am central, northwest of the Cherry Creek Mall.
Last week was brutal but maybe we actually will have a monsoon this summer.
I can't even take Denver winters anymore, mild as they may be. I wish I could throw away my snow shovel for good.

Camp Creek, here's the answer...MENOPAUSE somedays, but since Saturday..our new sheltie puppy, MOLLY! She was doing so well, and then woke up really whining at 2:00 am. Sorry if that's too much info, I have a problem with honesty!!!! BTW, I AM EXHAUSTED! At least it has cooled off today...taking Molly out and running around the yard with her at 3:00 pm is a real treat! NOT!
