Hi, recently purchased a lot in Seagrove, looking for a builder for a smallish (2000 sq ft) straightforward home, not high end finishes, etc.....there are so many builders! I was hoping I could get a little advice here, I am not from the area and trying to avoid any surprises. Thanks so much.

Our home in Watercolor was damaged down to the sub-floor due to a water leak. This will require a total demo and redo of most of the first floor. We are looking for an experienced Watercolor contractor for this project. Thanks for any and all recommendations.

I'm looking for a realtor who could help me find a Lot in the area that does NOT have building restrictions. Most lots I've seen so far have a minimum of 1600 square foot homes. I don't want to put a mobile home on the lot, but I would like to build a smaller home (it's just me and my husband)...
