The first annual Fleets and Eats event benefiting the Emerald Coast Autism Center will take place on Nov. 13 at 5:00 p.m. along the Destin Harbor. The event will involve charter boats transporting guests to local restaurants along the harbor for a progressive dinner.
Fleets and Eats will be the first event of its kind on the Gulf Coast. Local restaurants participating include: Boshamps Oyster House, Dewey Destin’s, Harbor Docks and the Donut Hole. Sunshine Watersports will transport guests by boat from restaurant to restaurant where at each stop participants will enjoy a signature cocktail and heavy hors d'ouevres. Groups of up to 20 can sign up for the following departing times: 5:00 p.m., 5:20 p.m., 5:40 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 6:20 p.m., 6:40 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 7:20 p.m. The night will conclude with an after party including live music, raffle prizes and more.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Emerald Coast Autism Center’s Capital Campaign to continue to help additional families and provide the highest caliber services for their students.
