A client who sells to the RV industry said the current issue of the industry magizine featured a waterfront lot at Sonesta Key (sp) that sold this year for $1mm, and it was just big enought for one of those BIG RV's. There are also several other "lots" in the same development for over $900,000.
Pls bring some of that Yankee money to 30A I have a lot or two you can park several of those things on I'll sell for half that.

Check with Planning and Zoning first...I had a prospect looking to buy gulf front for his $3Million RV...not allowed according to Zoning police.

Makes a lot of sense for Florida-based "2nd home" alternative....

The only thing left is for the state of Florida to find out how to cash in on the property taxes for this type of property zoning.

I agree, if you have that kind of cabbage and love your RV, as many many people do. And I am glad that I didn't take my thougts into dirtier political territory as you did.
