I'm a single mom to a daughter who is a rising junior in college. I've grown up with Sandestin being my second home so I'm very familiar with the area.
I'm not partial to one area or the other, however, I would like to stay within Walton Co.
I'm looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom-unfurnished condo, cottage, apt, house.
Prefer to keep rent around $1300 +/-, but flexible.
I do need something that accepts a med. size older dog (she's an 11 yr. old border collie, very friendly and sleeps all day)
