Hi! I am very interested in your place. I just accepted a great, stable full-time job in the catering / event space world in SRB! I moved to town a month ago and currently living in St. Andrews close to my boyfriend. That’ll be too long of a commute so I’d love to learn more about your place. Do you have roommates? Would I be responsible for just taking your rent? How long is the lease for? Ideally I’d like for it to be fully furnished, but I could bring furniture. I’d like to do month to month starting mid February but I could lock in a couple months with you to show my commitment. I have no pets and no drama. I’m in my early 30s. Looking for a healthy living environment
