I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs condo at Beachwood Villas that I am looking to rent short/long term on a monthly basis. Must be non-smoker and have reliable references. Rent is $875/month + electricity and phone (phone is optional for LTR we could disconnect it if you prefer). This condo is fully furnished.
