I have a cute cottage in Seagrove for rent in Jan., Feb., March 2010. I would prefer a responsible snowbird for an extended stay during this time frame. It has 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths, two story, very nice. Purchased new in Nov. 2008. Nicely decorated. Complex has two pools, hot tub. Pool is right out front door. Two blocks from the beach.
