We are moving and our rental will be available through Matthews Properties! It's an adorable 2 story in Blue Mountain Beach with beach access just a walk down the street. It is dog friendly! We have a dog but he was never allowed upstairs (which is where the carpet is), otherwise it's tile throughout. Quiet neighborhood with the BEST neighbors. We would stay but are outgrowing the space with a baby on the way. We pay $1150 but I believe rent is going up just a little bit.
