Hello, I am separated looking for a home for my wife and three kids. Unfortunately $1650 is too high for me. $1200 is all I can afford. I do home maintenance and renovations. I'd be happy to trade out some work on the home for some of the rent. Not that it looks like it needs anything but in case you'd like to add anything like tiling anywhere, screened in areas, etc.
