Looking for a townhome, condo, apartment or house in Santa Rosa beach area- we want to be in the Bay Elementary School District (Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Blue Mountain, Alys, Grayton beach areas). We have one small house trained cat and a move date from May to June- a year lease or month to month is OK. Our max budget is 2,200 per month.

Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a fire place, a heated fenced in pool, beautiful private park-like yard with fence, and two parking spots on driveway and use of half of the two car garage.
