We are looking for a 1-year lease on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property on or near 30a for a family of 4. We would prefer to have a garage and be furnished, but neither are deal breakers. We are also open to a larger property. No pets.
Our preferred move-in date is the beginning of March 2021, and our target budget is < $4k/mo.

Thank you so much for your offer. We would prefer to be on 30a. It sounds like we would need to get in the car to get there (crossing 98 on foot is not an option with a 7-year old). Is that the case?

Yes. Sits on the lake on the north side of 98 right over the bridge. No walk to the beach but a very nice kayak ride to the beach.
