We are renting a three bedroom, 2 bath pet-friendly home off of West Hewitt, it will be available mid-April.

Please note, the house is UNFURNISHED, but I only have photos of it furnished.

It has tile and concrete floors. New paint throughout, including kitchen cabinets. New front & back doors. Fenced backyard. It is approximately 1500 s.f. & is on a 1/3 acre lot. Brand new refrigerator, dishwasher & nearly new range & microwave. Walk-in closet in the master & one guest room. There is also an attached garage.

It is at the end of the street & feels pretty private.

One year lease required. First & last months rent required, as well as a damage deposit. Rent is $3,000 per month. I will be in town next week & can show the house on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (March 29, 30, 31).

My name is Dana , my husband Steve and I are a retired couple with a 10 year old, well behaved dog. She is a Sheba and weighs 28 pounds.
We do not smoke and are very respectful of others property.

We are looking for a home close to Seagrove, to rent for a year, as we are just a month away from the start of building a home on a lot we purchased before Covid, in 2019. Our property is not far from One Seagrove Place.

Would you consider 2500. A month? as that is at the high end of our budget.
