The house we are renting in Blue Mountain Beach has a potential buyer (darn short sale) and we are looking for an alternative. Prefer 4 bedrooms/2baths between the west end of 30A and Seagrove Beach. Point Washington would be fine but the house must have access to high speed internet (cable or dsl) as I am a software tech and work from home. We have older children (18-10), 1 miniature schnauzer (4yrs old) and great references.
