Hi- I have a duplex in the west end of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach. It's about 10 mins from downtown Rosemary. One side is a 2/1 and the other a studio. I can't really rent the studio separately bc it doesn't have it's own meter, however, I can rent the whole property to someone and allow sublet of the studio. If she has a larger group this could work. I am open to lease between 3mo-12mo. House was just vacated last week and is ready to be shown. It's listed on Zillow.
