30A Bars and Restaurant Recommendations

Hi! Bachelorette trip to 30A in June! We're staying in Rosemary Beach and trying to figure out the nightlife scene. AJ's and Red Bar look like a hike from Rosemary. Any good bars closer along 30A where we can have a fun Saturday night, maybe do some shots, and stay out a bit?

Thoughts on Old Fish House, The Citizen, and George's? George's is tempting, but no reservations for 6 makes me nervous. If you had to choose one for a nice group dinner, would it be one of these or another spot in the South Walton area?

Hey there! Since you’re in Rosemary, I’d recommend LaCo in Seacrest or Shades for the “shots” scene. Both are within walking, or stumbling distance. Amigos could be a good option as well. It’s located in 30Ave just north of 98 from Rosemary. As for nice group dinners, you’re in luck. Both Galleon’s & Paradis are in the heart of Rosemary and they’re excellent. In Alys, The Citizen is a good option along with the newly opened O-Ku Sushi. My wife and I recently did a food review there if you’re into YouTube vlogs:

Those are all good choices. I echo Paradis. Pescado in Rosemary is also good. Old Florida Fish House is fun!

Aj's can be raucous - funn! Red Bar too touristy except late night is better. Cafe Thirty-A for a nice dinner, or Bud & Alley's.
