We are a responsible local couple looking for long term rental in 30A area (preferably south side of 98). Looking for a condo or single family home. Prefer 2br, 2bath, with washer/dryer. Need a move-in date between mid-March to mid-June. (We have option to extend our current lease until July 1st). Prefer unfurnished, however will consider furnished, partially furnished.
