We are a responsible local couple looking for long term rental in 30A area (preferably south side of 98). Looking for a condo or single family home. Prefer 2br, 2bath, with washer/dryer. Need a move-in date within the month of March 2015. Will consider furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. Will review rental ops on case by case basis. We do not have pets.
