331 North traffic backed up

Mass exodus of tourists after a holiday weekend?
You should have seen 331 S on Saturday when we left. It was a parking lot all the way to north of Freeport. Again, people going to the beach to celebrate the weekend. Northbound was fine. 
Runner, I think I saw you at the farmers market in Seaside on Saturday. At least someone was there with a large black poodle.
I was in Atlanta.
There was a bad wreck on 331 yesterday around 9. Five people were injured and one air lifted. Dr. Robert Teitlebaum of Freeport was rear-ended and several cars and people had injuries from the impact. One of the cars was pushed into northbound lane causing a head-on collision. Article in the NWFN.
