The house will be available mid-February. It is crrently being fully renovated. Our home is within walking distance to the beach. It has a private beach access(which boarders to the Surf Hut restaurant) and also has a pool for residents of the Seaspray neighborhood. It will be available for viewing at any time upon a request. We are asking $3,200 a month. First and last month rent. as well as a $1,600 deposit will be due on inception of lease.
