I agree- I love the natural look. Nothing is better than a low maintenance, indigenous landscape....(look at that beautiful Magnolia tree) however "No Landscape" is the only negative feedback I have received from people that viewed the house...it would seem everyone looking at buying a new house- wants grass?? I just can't bring myself to plant sod. I am still hopeful that someone will want to plant $3000 in trees or add a bigger patio to the backyard. Please someone buy my house that will embrace the area and not feel the need to manicure the environment.
