Wanted 4 Bedroom House/Cottage near 30A

Hey, guys! I'm Laura. My husband Matt and I are looking for a long-term rental (6 months to a year) near 30A, preferably between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. We need either a 4-bedroom house/cottage or even a 3-bedroom with a carriage house or garage apartment. We've got a miniature goldendoodle and a handful of kids and we own a guitar effects pedal company and a photography business. We spend a week in Seaside every month or two and have wanted to move there for a few years now. We actually got married there just steps away from Coleman Pavilion, alone on a Tuesday (I don't know why that's so amusing to me... haha).

ANYWAY, we are relocating from Nashville and need a move-in date anytime between now and March 1. Our budget is pretty open.

Hi Laura! We are moving out there and looking for a place as well but not until April. An agent I have been working with is putting up a rental in watersound origins. Not on 30a, just north but you can still take a golf cart to the beach and access 30a. Happy to fwd you his info if something you are interested in. We would take it ourselves however we are to far out from our moving date.

Laura, just FYI that Watersound Origins IS between Rosemary and Grayton Beach, where you had stated in your first post that you were looking for a house to rent. I don't know anything about the house that Cherissa mentioned, but just wanted you to know that the house was in your desired area. Zip code 32461 is the East end of 30A and includes Watersound Origins, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Inlet Beach, Seacrest, and Camp Creek. All these communities are known together by the US Post Office as "Inlet Beach." The area goes from the Bay County/Walton County line to West of Camp Creek Lake and from the Gulf, North to the Intracoastal Waterway. Good luck on your house hunting!!
