New building in Grayton Beach almost completed looking to rent a one bedroom apt with all new appliances. Building should be ready to rent around mid-May. Will rent 6 mo or 12 mo and may consider a pet. Rent is $1350/ mo and includes water and electric. Wireless internet connection also included. It is located south of 30A, but a very still probably 3/4 to 1 mile to the beach.
