.

Just stumbled across these online. They look pretty nice. Nice virtual tour too, Kurt.

Has anyone stayed here? Almost seems too good to be true (rental rate and aesthetics, etc.)

How far from the beach? Fun stuff nearby?

They are brand new and very nice, right across the street from gulf front Ed Walline Park county beach access. There are also private beach accesses a little further but the public one is fine.

They are in Gulf Place so you have access to the pool and tennis courts, shuffle board, and great shops and dining - Smiling Fish yummmmmm! And Miss Lucille's coffee and ice cream shop with free computers with internet access. Also the artists at Gulf Place with lots of great stuff.

If the rates are low it may be because they are new on the program and needing to generate interest.

Have not stayed in these units but I have stayed at the Inn of Gulf Place and the Cabanas and the Carribbean, but I watched the units being developed and they looked really nice.

As to the location of Gulf Place, it is my favorite place to stay on 30-A. Love the access to everything and Ed Walline, and can't forget the best place to eat in Gulf Place, Amore' Pizza, yummy.

My Daddy's Cheesecake is the best for a light sandwich or delicious dessert.

Definitely a very nice place to stay.
