Our application fees are $95 for each adult applicant, $200 admin fee for the apartment and our deposit is generally $500 unless there are some issues with the screening.
Our community offers deeded 30A beach access, controlled entry, elevators, pool, outdoor kitchen area with gas grills, large screen tv and a firepit next to the pool. We also have a fitness center, a community room offering a 24/7 coffee and tea bar and we have a tram that will take you over to the beach during season. We host a food truck on Wednesdays and host other resident events throughout the year. When the tram is not running, we are only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to the beach and other communities in our area.
Our apartment homes offer stainless kitchen appliances including a flat top range, built in microwave, and a washer and dryer in every apartment. Our countertops are granite, and we have the most cabinet space I have seen in an apartment. We also have garden tubs in the bathrooms, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living areas and most of our homes have a storage room right outside the front door.
