The Lofts at Seacrest Beach Apartments currently has a fantastic move in special during December. If you get your application in right away, secure the apartment, sign a 12 month lease, and move in at the time of availability or within 2 weeks on one of our vacant apartment homes, we are offering six weeks of free rent upfront. Our application fees are $95 for each adult applicant, $200 admin fee for the apartment and our deposit is generally $500 unless there are some issues with the screening.

We also have a fitness center, a community room offering a 24/7 coffee and tea bar and we have a tram that will take you over to the beach during season. When the tram is not running, we are only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to the beach and other communities in our area.
