Absolute Auction - 10 Topsail Village Condos

Saw ad in WSJ about a June 3 absolute auction of 10 condos at Topsail Village. No minimums, no reserves (probably the developer dumping inventory--or a desperate investulator?). If someone is in the market, maybe they can pick one off at a reasonable price before the sale.
