Han Vance is an Atlanta based writer with a gritty ATL voice and a philanthropic artist's pulse. He is the author of "Golden Genius: A Memoir" and an upcoming book, which is a collection of poetry entitled "ATL Fire."
Vance started writing in '06, taking gigs where he could get them. He is the successful blogger of "Big Hairy Blawg" on Wordpress, and has been published as a journalist in several publications, including Art Noveau Magazine, in which he wrote an entire feature on the art along 30A.
Though he may identify on a resume as a jack-of-all-writing-trades, as an author/journalist/poet/blogger, poetry has become his passion. From the therapeutic nature of poetry to the electricity of slams and spoken word performances, he loves it all and does it all.
If you are a poet or poet appreciator you will not want to miss this. Come and bring your friends for an evening of poetry.
