If anyone is interested in purchasing a lot in FOREST LAKES across from Draper Lake send me an e-mail ASAP. There is an owner that has to sell this week. He said he knows how the market is and that the lowest priced lot right now is around 170,000. He is expecting a much lower offer than that. It is a great place but he is desperate to sell it for personal reasons. Like I said any offer but it has to be closed very quickly.
