Over the last two years, the City of Freeport, Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County and the Anchored in Freeport Committee have been working hard to make Anchored in Freeport Art in Public Spaces Project a reality. We're so excited to be kicking off the Hammock Bay Festival of Lights Celebration on Saturday at 2 p.m. with a dedication ceremony for the Windmills Anchor and invite the community to tour and view all 8 anchors. The details are below if you'd like to join us.

The dedication will include a ribbon cutting at The Windmills at Hammock Bay Anchor, titled “Home is Where the Heart Is” by Artist Andy Saczynski.
