most of us in the south have at least one team we have been taught/brainwashed to despise. usually more than one. but definitely one.

I despise Auburn and FSU. I'm sure they are great schools/teams in real life. but I despise them anyway. in a good kind of way. sure, I have loved ones who have attended these schools, or who are big fans of these teams. it don't matter. Auburn and FSU = backwoods redneck trash. ;-);-)

thanks , I think you summed up the way I feel about Ole Miss. Even though I don't consider them redneck trash, they're more hotty toddy snotty. I'm surrounded by Ole Mis fans,even my granddaughter! I'm hoping that after this coming weekend at the USM game,she'll have a change of heart!

Call me an idiot if you want...but I hate Tennesse too. And believe me Tennessee fans hate Alabama as well. One of the best rivalries in the SEC. IMHO. That is SEC football, always has been, always will be.
