Sandestin Golf and Beach Resorts Top Ranked Tennis Center Announces Serve2Cure Tennis Tournament This October
Proceeds to Benefit Breast Cancer Patients in Need
The Annual Serve2Cure Tennis Tournament will be held this October 6 at the Sandestin Tennis Center in Destin, FL.
The goal of this breast cancer fundraising tournament is to assist underserved breast cancer patients with much needed support throughthe Breast Cancer program at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. The oncology department of Sacred Heart Hospital is the only treatment center in the Emerald Coast area that will accept non-insured patients.
A new path is being paved as the Sandestin Tennis Center leads the way with its commitment and dedication to breast cancer awareness and support for individuals in need.
“The passion of the tennis staff combined with loyal guests and members and the local community make this a winning cause and effort,” saidTodd Hanson, director of Sandestin Tennis. “We are playing for our mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, wives, bestfriends and neighbors.”
Players and guests alike are invited to participate in a variety of fun filled activities from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 6. The event will include breakfast, men and women round robin tournament play, fastest serve contest,silent auction items, lunch and much more.
