Looking for a build-able lot anywhere from South and East of 331 bridge to around Peach Creek - on the Bay or Bayou with water access. Lot capable of a dock with boat access to be built later, or with a dock already present and water clearance for boat. Doesn't matter whether or not the lot is part of a neighborhood.
Condo:
Number of bedrooms is flexible, but we prefer 1 to 2 bedrooms, 3 okay if price is right. And Studio okay if it is part of a carriage house or the unit has an open loft to make the bed separate from living area; not interested in units with the bed next to the couch in a small room (unless it is part of a carriage house/garage apartment).
Prefer unfurnished with bones in good condition, but possibly in need of a kitchen or bath reno/updating. Dated carpet/tile/fixtures are fine, overall condition and location more important.
